Well if you get scammed and your credit card details are still on your account they can buy a heap of games and you will be up for a large credit card bill! Also, they can download all copies of your games, they overall just steal your account and all friends with it + trophies etc. There's quite a list of bad things that can happen but it depends on how attached to the account you are.

Say if you were to go yo your own download list and click the PSN game again, it says the same thing, activating the downloading.

Here my question because when you first activate it to your console, then when you download it again and it says 'activating' again, is that taking up one of your 4 remaining consoles to active it on or not???

Real question is, why would you click it again, if you're already downloading it?
