There are rumours that by 2010 the Australian army will begin rolling out the M4 as ADF's primary weapon.
Then the SASR will get upgraded with more funky gear no doubt

Regular army use the F88 Austeyr.

again with the EA excuse. It's not made by EA for the billionth time. It's made by DICE who are paid paid by EA. EA are the Publishers!
