The bulb shows up on top of players heads, when they've went back to choosing their weapons or pressed esc to the menu of choosing sides etc.
The problem with this is sometimes you don't see the bulb when ur running or wanna kill someone in quick fashion. so you only realized they're 'busy' when you've killed them haha
