I voted yes, only because its such a step forward, its a great idea - but no if it means having to fork out $2000+ for a 3D LED TV or something. That aint gonna happen. If they can make it work with existing LCD/Plasma screens and just wear some glasses then i'm cool with that; but I wont be buying another TV for probably 10 years or so.

They are claiming that the new range of 3D TV's will be out around mid this year.

They will be priced similar to the existing tv prices they have stated.

I brought my tv about 3 or so years ago ( 37 inch samsung)... so I've been looking for an excuse to upgrade

im pretty sure the 4th dimension for gaming and movies is 3d with physical affects aswell so if it started raining you would actually get wet or getting shot in a game would result in a shock things like that.

3d will be pretty sweet but once we dont need glasses anymore.. i know that they have made 3d tvs but only 100 inch and bigger and they were learning how to downsize them for home use... so we will no doubt see 3d tv by the end of the year..
