It fluctuates between 25 and 30. I download a lot of movies, demos etc, but once i've watched or played them I delete them. I could easily get back to 35GB if I deleted more crap....but hey, no need!

lol I hadn't noticed 'many' was missing until I saw your post.
I'd say about 50-40. I haven't got much on mine at the moment.

I had 13 gig left of 60 on Saturday, I upgraded to a 160 gig yesterday & now I have 97 gig left. That's with ALL my movies on a 250 Gig external hard drive!

It'd be mad to have 1 petersite hard drive in your PS3, you'll never ever fil it up!!

For ur info a petersite is after terabyte and is used by say Fox to store TV shows, my dad is manager for that too!

1000 tera-bytes is a peta-byte, or 1024^5 bytes

10 years ago people were saying you could never fill up a 10gb HDD. I reckon in 20 years or so, peta-byte storage capacities will be very common if not the norm.

(I still have a 20mb HDD at home that still works. Transfer speed of almost 30kB/s )
