FIFA 2010 - Electronic Arts has revealed features and details

Electronic Arts has revealed features and details for FIFA 2010. The changes have been made in the latest version of FIFA from over 275 million online played games.


Changes in FIFA 2010 design compared to 2009 include:

 • Improved goalkeeper intelligence.
 • More realistic shooting mechanics.
 • Practice area.
 • More realistic player positioning.
 • True 360° dribbling system.
 • Lateral dribbling to skip past defenders.
 • Less predictable and extended fight for possession between dribbler and defender.

Manager Mode has received over 50 "major improvements," including:
 • New match realism.
 • Realistic player transfers based on multiple decision points.
 • True-to-life player growth curves.

EA will be announcing a new feature called "Be A Pro" for FIFA 2010 in the upcoming months. The game is developed by EA Canada and will be released in Spring 2009.

They always have a separate World Cup game. Eg. Fifa 01, Fifa 02, Fif World Cup 2002, Fifa 03, etc.

It's officially called 'FIFA 2010'

EA will most likely prefer to milk it by releasing another FIFA game based on the World Cup franchise. (they normally do) And that includes the EURO franchise.

yes they will make a World Cup 2010 for sure any chance to get some more cash but that dont bother me ill be getting both. Just gotta find me a cheap copy of Euro 2008 now!

I'd like to see a practice area where you can set a wall when doing free kicks. And also love to see the damn robot celebration thrown in the bin where it belongs.
