I was completely blown away when I first played it. Although I've seen tonnes of videos prior to testing it out, I took everything I knew about the game out of my mind and played it as if I've never seen it before....and I'm very happy to say that I was mesmerized and satisfied with the result.

i was blown away the smoothness of it, the high framerate and the effects alone are fantastic, let alone the actual gameplay which isnt a weak point, it is a little slow in on the movement side but it is ment to be a tactical shooter not another Strangehold

im not rating it till i play it some more. at the moment its between fairly average and quite a good shooter. not really liking the sensitivity/weight feel thing and the amount of bullets it takes to kill 1 guy

Amazingly awesome... i'd give it a solid 9/10, not without it flaws but its a bloody good game. I'll be buying the retail when it comes out thats for sure.

well, my initial vote was fairly average....after playing it some more, I just cannot get used to how it feels or how the weapons are (accuracy wise)....considering taking it back to EB tommorow, all im seeing is a bunch of eye-candy...maybe if they worked on the controls a bit more (they feel so awkward...) and on the weapons... it could of been a really great game, but at this point I am totally let down with this game...I'll give it a little more time perhaps...but I cant see my view changing unless they fix these issues.

I'm really liking the game. Have yet to try the online which I am sure wil be good fun. From what I have played, it is without question, the best looking shooter on the ps3. Having said that, gameplay wise it's really got nothing new when compared to other great shooters, both new and old. But really how can, you make a shooter hugely different to all the others? Most of them now days all have great looking sequences, cool characters, awesome guns, etc.
I'm honestly pretty terrible at the game at the moment, partly because of the control scheme and 'weighty' feel of the game, but it all just takes some getting used to, I beleive.
In any case, I'm having a blast and I'm ready to get owned online when my net goes back to normal speed at midnight tonight!

I dont think you've even played it.

For everyone else complaining about controls; thats what the Options menu is for. I not only bumped my sensitivity almost to the top, but I changed the control mapping from the default for exactly this reason. It's alot easier to play.

Well 4yrs to make this I expected a halo killer. On the other hand Resistance 2 took less time to develop and is a superior FPS then KZ2.

I had almost no hype for this and after playing the demo it was even lower, but bought it and I love it. So good. Better than R2 and COD. Almost overtaking unreal tournament 3 as my favourite.

i see most people complaining about the controls in K2, to be honest i have fixed it by changing the control setup (to be like R2) as well as by adjusting the sensitvity on the x and y axis, this seems to fix the "control" issues that people talk about, so if your having a hard time controlling in K2, change the system around to suit your style.

Just played it last night and i must say it's pretty awesome. I just love how the Helghast actually talk and doesn't feel like you're killing "just an enemy"
