Tekken DR online is now available as a bundle on US PSnetwork. I didnt see a pure upgrade. Not sure when they will release the upgrade only.

You just add funds the normal way apparently. I thought it wouldnt work cos the address doesnt match the credit card, but apparently it doesnt
