How come Everybody golf, the distance is yards and not metres? Arent we in europe metric system?

Yes, you can... all you need is a CC registered to the account to buy stuff, and in account management, select the option that allows auto withdrawal (or wever its called)...

Then go to the psn store, click item, confirm for fund withdrawal, click download and voila!
