yeh you buy them on your PS3 and then you have to transfer them to your PSP. you cant use them on your ps3 sadly

no, but the MGS database has lots of spoilers for MGS4 that are "unlocked" if you have a clompleted MGS4 game save on your PS3's HDD. So basicly it allows it to have stuff from 4 in it with out spoiling it for people who havent finnished it yet.

Its basically a interactive encyclopedia of Metal Gear knowledge. So if you’re a bit Hazy on the story you can use the database to get a better understanding of it. And it wont show you the MGS4 spoilers until you have a completed MGS4 game save on your HDD.
