yeh this will only pick up free to air channels(10,7 ABC ect...) as it is basicly a digital set top box that plugs into your ps3 and uses its hard drive to record tv onto

also to dispell any confusion it dosnt use the internet and it just ueses you tv arial

you buy a little box that pluggs into your ps3 that has a coax conector on it

antman, you can stream the remote play over the internet so you can be in a wifi zone in like an airport in london and watching the tv that is on at home

You wall has a connector ,where you would connect it to your TV. USe that connector and plug it into your PlayTV, and from the PlayTV to your PS3 via USB. Then from the PlayTV to your TV by HDMI, etc

its not on the ps3, when you buy the playTV system you get a seperate box that pluggs (via USB i guess) into the ps3 and then that box has a coax jack that you plugg into your arial.

and im guessing you also get a disk that installs a software package on the ps3 that allowd you to use the playTV system

hay entice your back but i dont think the play TV unit will plugg directly into your tv it will only plug into the ps3 and then it will play trough the ps3
