It's better than I expected, and it may actually get me converted back from NBA 2k7....

It does seem to lag at stages though for example when the hd gaming screen comes up, the player intros etc. During gameplay though it runs along smoothly.

The presentation in general is very good, and the graphics are awsome in terms of players and stadiums, but the spectators and general people aroudn the court are lacking in comparison to the 2k series which excels in those departments.

Plus LeBron James is a cheeser cause of him I beat Spurs 24 - 8 on Superstar!!! Thank you hot spots and go-to moves!!!

I saw screens for NBA live 08, NBA 08 and NBA 2K8 and 2K8 easily has the best graphics. Everyone in the crowd is indivisual and when someone does a mad dunk, the crowd all jump up and start screaming.
The dunk contest is now available on 2K8 also. You can now use props to dunk over.
Im still a fan of NBA live and have all NBA games.

I just hope Kenny the Jet Smith is calling the slam dunk contest I guarantee alot of laughs with him on board, I wonder why Charles Barkley is not a commentator in the 2K games since he is part of the TNT crew.
