PS3 Console \ God Dam Error! (locked) - Locked

I have been trying all afternoon to try and get my PS3 Online working but it requires to update.

I click on update then it gets to about 15% and gives me an error saying
"A connection could not be established with the server"

Any help would be appreciated.
