GranTurismo Hd. The Real Driving Simulator. - 9/10
Gram Turismo, has been an ongoing journey of realistic driving. the object of the game has never been, customise your car to the max, and press the nitros to get to the finish line, or super charging your car for an illegal drag race.
Gran Turismo Defines real driving Since the first Gran Turismo.
As technology grew, so did Gran Turismo. We moved on to the next installment in the Gran Turismo series.
As the Playstation became a part of history, and a last generation console, many thought that this was the end for this glorius racing game.
That was the end for a great game.....
Untill, The highly acclaimed Playstation 2 was up and running. (i mean, it was quickly settled in)
Then.....
Rumors started to hit everywhere that we would be seeing another Gran Turismo game for the Playstation 2. This was just thoughts of people, wanting a new realistic driving game. But then we started to see the concept images for the coverart...
Everyone became exited to see that there will be another Gran Turismo game for the Ps2, which was great seeing that the playstation 2 has far greater graphics than the playstation 1. We were looking forward to big improvements in the game, which is what exactly what we got.
Then the game was officially launched and we saw the first coverart for the game, which was called "Gran Turismo 3 A-Spec", which became an instant favourite to many gamers world wide.
Thats what we wanted. a great racing game. Untill, news spread around that there would be another installment in the Gran Turismo series.
Which is exactly what had happened. we got another Gran Turismo Game. But this time, it was a bit different with the name.
This Gran Turismo was called: Gran Turismo 4 Prologue.
This version of Gran Turismo became another instant favourite to everyone.
Everyone loved Gran Turismo, but why?
To many who have never heard of this game before would have at least seen some pictures of it. but why was it so good? to others, it was just a racing game.
This game is not just a racing game, infact this game makes sure you know how to really race. it dosent take a person with a lamborghini to win a race, it takes a skilled driver to.
Thats what Gran Turismo is all about really.
It didnt take long before everyone started to realise what Gran Turismo is.
Then a while after, another Gran Turismo game was coming our way. And this one was going to be one of the last ones.. thats what rumors had said.
The game was called Gran Turismo 4, which many people thought was quite strange.
Just by looking at the cover, it looks great.
and now, all of these Gran Turismo games hit Platinum, exept the prolouge edition, which i think was a special edition for Gran Turismo 4.

Now you cant say you dont know what Gran Turismo is.
And after that Gran Turismo, which was the final one, became the last Gran Turismo for the Ps2, but the words "Gran Turismo" had not died out....
At the Launch of the PS3, most PS2 owners were guessing thats it for the Gran Turismo on PS2, which you could say is right.
After that, people heard about another rumor being that there is a new Gran Turismo for the Playstation 3, which was true.
Then it was for real. The Gran Turismo game that struck the Playstation 3 with surprise was here. But this time something was different. it is for free. which is great 
for many.
The game was called:
Gran Turismo HD concept, which is a full game, not a demo. The only way you can obtain this game is by registering your ps3 with the Playstation Network, which is free.
Thats right. Free. It sounds weird for a great game, but it is a concept version.
When the pictures were out, it was for real again. another great game.
When it was available on the PSN, everyone rushed to download their copy.
When the game started up, you could see the difference. the difference was so big that you didnt think this was a game anymore.
Now, Gran Turismo defines HD.
you cant complain about the game this time because its FREE!!!
Now there are new rumors of a Gran Turismo 5, which could be possible, and is a demand now.

Now, here is my rating for Gran Turismo HD:
Graphics- 10/10 - This game really does show you HD.
Sound- 8/10 - Well you know how the Sound on this game goes, the best possible sound effects of cars and that lame instrumental menu music.
Gameplay- 8/10 - There is 2 playable race types. Time Trial And Drift, which is great.
Value- 10/10 - Duh! its free
Overall- 9/10 - with only 2 gameplay modes and no multiplayer, you still cant complain because its free
