Check you tube I've seen 10 minute videos showcasing the demo gameplay, AI is a worry with the computer controlled side Fisher took 12 of the Lakers 16 shots in a half!

But other than that it looks pretty awsome and a lot better than last year!

Na gameplay looks heaps different at a glance. Some cool dunks from
Gascol in the video I watched.

Orlando are going to be unstoppable with Carter as well now, although I suppose LeBron now has Shaq!

Carter is not a winner. He hasn't proven himself in Toronto or NJ. He may be a cancer in Orlando. I guess time will tell. I would prefer Hedo over Carter to be honest. I don't think Orlando need a player who jacks up 20 shots a game.

Couldn't find it instore at all yesterday.. mustn't be released early anywhere here, everywhere had Wet though.

Will be grabbing it as soon as i see it.

The demo gets better the more I play it:
- Loving ability to control off-ball player to get open
- Can't just spin your way into the paint everytime; you'll lose the ball. You can't dunk over 3 players at will!
- Like the step backs, euro-steps, bank shots
- Player tendencies - players are like their real life counterparts! R.Lewis catches and shoots! D12 goes at the basket!
- More sim than arcade (Play in All-Star mode)

Annoyances:
- Sometimes players are out of bounds when you pass them the ball
- I often turn the ball over when attempting freestyle passing (but thats me )
- AI grabs a few too many offensive boards (although only in some games?)
- The game aint out yet...

I personally haven't played a bball game since 2K8... but I'm thinking Live over 2K10 this year.

I strongly recommend you play the demo of 2k10 esecially seeing you can order it for 64.95 delivered from cdwow

Yup, plan to do so Hugo. Like the idea of the My Player mode? But some of the previews say it can be a bit buggy ==> you get penalised for paying good ball, while you can be awarded for doing bad??

Think will be a tough choice this year... Live or 2K...hmmm

If you're thinking about the My Player mode (create a dude and try to get him onto a NBA team etc), Live 10 doesn't have it. Live's got live run as Chrisco mentioned, where up to 10 guys can play in a scrimmage to 21 points - each controlling a NBA player.

I've got Live 10 Chris, and I prolly suck more than you! If you struggle with numbers you can add me! I don't play heaps though. I'm playing on All Star = and have not won a single match against AI lost by 1 was my closest

Bought Live today so gonna fire it up later. Friend in the shop tried Live and 2K and said Live was the better of the 2 games and he swore by 2K previously.
