SYCO PS3 Clan *NEW* to MyPS3

Hi im Panthagrey..

I am here to represent SYCO (SYdney COmpany) we are a ps3 clan looking for gamers to join our community/clan.
We started in march 08 and are still going strong with a large member base.
We are currentley active with members on games such as COD Modern Warfare and COD W@W and a few other smaller titles like Burnout Paradise and most members will be going to the much awaited Modern Warfare 2 very soon...i have my copy pre-ordered..:)

So if you want a social clan or a comp clan we do have a couple of teams 2 are currentley competing on 6A website but we are mainly social and you dont have to worry about kdr's your age sex or religion as we cater to all AUSSIES AND NEW ZEALANDERS only as this gives us the best shot at a great connection..:)

So if you like what you have read come on over to www.sycohq.com and tell us a little bit about yourself after you have registered in the welcome thread and then you will be given a month trial and then after that you will be a full SYCO..:)

P.s the trial is easy to pass nothing hard to do just gives people time to adjust and decide whether to stay or not..:)

Hey Actually Myps3 has its own clan is AUF which has been going on i think since 07, maybe we can have a Epic COD MW2 war

Yeah we are good buddies with AUF have had some of our guys go to your clan and some of your guys come to our clan.

Slylake at AUF made our forums for us so we have a great friendship with the AUF clan..:)

We have friendly clan wars with AUF guys all the time...very enjoyable games..:)

SO what are the benefits of me being a member of a clan? Im a noob and am anticipating MW2 Not the best player but wouldnt mind being invloved.

Can you dumb down what i have to do & why? :o

For social clans like these you don't have to do a whole lot really. It's just a chance to meet and get to know a bunch of people who are into the same game(s) as you are, and to get a network of guys together to invite each other to lag-free games. You can jump on the forums and discuss anything related to the game or just socialise with your new team mates.
More hardcore clans will have trials where you have to prove your skills, and have very competitive games against other clans, which takes a lot of fun out of it for most people.
In clans like AUF and SYCO of course everyone still wants to win, but the priority is moreso fun and socialising than striking fear into everyone who sees your tag between those square brackets.
Of course it also gives us humans that sense of 'belonging' that we crave so much

Which is? AUF is sounding the go, Considering im pretty sure i read that theres a few people from this site in it. Social clan would be good.

Sorry i havent been around alot lately but been really busy with a course i had to do....

With SYCO really the only thing you have to do to join is sign up read the rules which are pretty basic common sense rules
Make sure you like social gaming and teaming up with other Aussies in pub games and just add a few of the guys to your account.

We only ask you to stay as active as possible maybe 2 or 3 posts minimum on the website as that lets us know you are still active then you go on trial for a month which gives you time to decide whether you wish to stay or not and if you do you recieve a blue name which then opens up a few more threads for full SYCO's to read which are the comp teams if you wish to try for one of those.:)

So basically just sign up and away you go..:)

hahaha AUF are a really top clan they are pretty much like ourselves but they have a nicer website which between the SYCO leaders once we raise enough money our site will be looking smicko as well..:)

Yep you pretty much hit the nail on the head with that post...good work..:)

For those in the know we do try hard with our comp teams SYCO just missed out on the finals in the last COD MW tourney on 6 axis website which was a good effort for the boys in their first competition tourney this time around we are currentley COD MW 21ST with 4 win and 4 losses and 13th on the W@W comp.

takes a lot of hard work to start your own clan...most crumble within the first 3 months but if you can get past that you have a good chance of going the distance..:)

I think AUF and SYCO are pretty much on par when it comes to being social...
Auf have a few more comp teams than we do but they are still social..

Auf do have some really good guys in there sqaud i have a couple of them on my psn but i'd say you see more SYCO's in pub games than AUF together...:(
