No just go add user, then follow the same direction to your australian account except put your country as australia and make up an adress such as 21 Jump St, Beverly Hills, 90210.

And walla from your new account you can access the US PSN store, download the file and play the games from your Australian account.

I'dadvise you to play from your main account because the game saves will be only accesible from and go to the account you are using at the time.
