Just wanting to clarify the current stance of swearing within the MyPS3.com.au forums.
The website features an auto censor feature, which will take offensive words and turn them into asterisks (****).
If you do swear and it gets censored as above, you're not in violation of any rules.
What does count as swearing is when you drop letters and replace them with asterisks or any other character so letters, and the meaning of the word, get through.
This is considered bypassing the auto-censor and will not be looked upon kindly. Warnings and bans will apply to trying to do so.
We run a safe for all ages site here, and we ask that while your welcome to talk about many topics, do it in an unoffensive manner.

ADDITIONAL - Yes there are words that are not picked up by the auto-censor, this isn't a free ticket to use them. Common sense is your best friend.
That being said, if you enter a rude/offensive word that is not censored, it is YOUR responsibility to check that the word(s) is censored, if it is not, you are responsible for the "cover up" of that word.
An official warning, followed by a ban will come into practise as you are now fully aware of the site's rules and regulations.
