Online, PSN and Hosting \ Warhawk / Cod 4 problems

So I'm getting most the problems others are getting on COD4... Well I hope others a getting them

Being:
-Can only join party with some people, can't with others.

-Once invited to a party, rarely get to join a game, yet the rest of the party will.

- Sit in the lobby for 9000 minutes waiting for a game...

SO, I thought stuff this, I'll play warhawk...

I haven't played much warhawk, but when I tried tonight I got into what I'm guessing was an Australian dedicated server, I had a ping of 30-50, Blew some dudes up while figuring out the controls and got banned for gawd knows what, wasn't terribly happy.

Then joined OzPs3Party's server until it went offline, had some fun there...

After the server shutdown, I'm now getting ???? where the pings *should* be and I get "unable to join" when trying to join any server. Even the blue dedicated ones with the AU_ out the front.

I'm about to massacre Sony or Optus or both, someone halp me plx!!!

Warhawk:
- In the match you got banned in, it was probally a beginners 'noob' match. They don't like people dominating their games.
It has happened a few times with some games that I joined. I just came into the game, threw a couple of grenades and got some great kills. BANNED, wtf.

- With the question mark '?????' ping, it does occur when I play Warhawk, but I just think it is a small problem with that game. So I ignore the game and select another one.

COD4 = Painfull.. hence why i organise private matchs which no one has yet to have a problem in.

WarHawk = Not sure about the ???? thing, but as for being banned you probably were kickin someones ass and they had u kicked lol.

As for being banned theres not much I can do, it just baffled me as to why I got banned... Say, if i've got a sniper rifle and you have the flag, it only makes sense to shoot you right ?!?!

Ehermo - Cod4 was being a bugger after about 9pm, So I gave up.. I'm not sure if the 9th in the US was yesterday or if it's today, it will be around 9-10pmish til around midnight EST either way
