Well judging by this article looks like the Crysis game heading for PS3 will be bundled with loads of extras and features, good news if it happens

Now im no fanboy but i couldnt help but notice that the article said "For technical reasons we hear an xbox 360 version isnt in development, so far its just for PS3. Ouch.

I just havnt seen anything technically better on ps3 yet thats what i meant with what i said i dont know much about these consoles, so is ps3 really that much better technically? sounds a bit noobish but all i ever hear is fanyboy crap and i believe in what i see and that at the moment is better graphics on 360.

I'd have to disagree abit there Dumbnutz man, i mean i havent seen any game on any console look quite as good as Uncharted personally and on the technical side of things, that final level in Heavenly Sword with what, 1000 + people on screen at once was pretty breathtaking, i'll admit both consoles have some very hot looking games, Bioshock, Gears of War, Uncharted, Heavenly Sword

Great to be apart of both worlds

Wouldn't say so. That's what they said about the PS2, and the PS3 is even more alien to developers than that... and it wasn't that long ago that the developers of Lair said that they'd maxed the system already.

Over time, I think the PS3 may have an edge over the 360... mostly because in a few years time, developers will be sweating bullets to get every ounce out of the system... (yes, I got that from John Carmack) even then, it's not capable of what Sony says it is. But as of right now, there are more better looking games on the 360. Anyone who argues that is either blind or retarded. That WILL be the case for a very long time, and if anyone thinks that any of the current consoles have been pushed anywhere near their limits, they're horribly mistaken.

As for Crysis... if it happens on consoles, it'll happen on both. I'm not buying it on consoles either way, unless I don't have a gaming PC by then, but the "technical reasons" excuse is so improbable it's almost funny. It's as though you've forgotten that the new Splinter Cell game supposedly isn't doable on the PS3 for "technical reasons". Hence its 360 exclusivity. And Ubi isn't a company to say such a thing usually, being the money grubbing whores they are, but we'll see. Take this one with a grain of salt...

You will be hanging for a long time, i cant see this happening until atleast late 2008/early 2009-ish, but after playing the PC version, its more than worth the wait. Most of the time i just walked around the jungle admiring how lovely everything looked lol.
