If it is chipped there is NO warranty. That means when it red rings you are going to have to pay someone to fix it.

Also, I'm pretty sure Eternal Sonata is coming to the PS3 this year, with extra missions and things like that.

or you can pay someone to replace the MS seal which costs about $50 once ms notice that the seal is broken warranty is void, though you can replace the seal and remove the mod then send it to MS its abit of mucking around though
