ok ok ok ok ok ok ok. well, my ps3 broke and i sent it away, took a WEEK to get there. they emailed me saying they got it. IT ONLY TOOK 5 WORKING DAYS to fix and its currently being sent back. They emailed me early this week, saying processed and being sent back. Has anyone else encountered less than quoted time? im not boasting (much) but maybe this is the beginning of an era, of ps3 returning before we get over them?!?!?!?!?

When i sent mine away it took exatly around the time they quoted me 15-20 working days. And i had the easter break right in the middle of that too.

I'm glad you got yours repaired nice and quick. I hope it all goes well when you get it back.
