According to their policy, it says quite clearly "refund". So i'd suggest that you would get your money back. If they offered you store credit, wave this policy in their face.

Yeah my Gametraders screwed me and not getting it in till tomorrow, problem is I wont be around tomorrow going to melbourne and I wanted Haze to play on the weekend

So buy haze from EB, take it back monday and get my money back and go pick up my copy from Gametraders

Put money in the bank and pay some bills, that's about how it goes
