My PS3 is under a year old & I've lost my receipt, it wont play MGS4 & Burnout but the rest of my games work, so would someone be able to post up their receipt details, the receipt itself has to be under a year old.

Q2. When I try to play the game the disc stops spinning, Can I do anything to fix it?

Q3. If I don't get receipt info can I Bullsh!t my way through Playstation Customer service by making everything up?

For example, I got mine from Harvey Norman & if I lose my reciept I can always contact them for a copy as they take your details when purchasing. Also I paid using GE 24 months interest free so my purchase date is on my statements so thats another proof of purchase. So if you paid by Credit Card you can use that as proof of purchase Id say, if you paid with cash your up **** creek without a paddle.
