"Casino Royale" Blu-ray Disc™ Free Offer
1. The offer is made by Sony Computer Entertainment Australia Pty Limited of 63-73 Ann Street Surry Hills NSW 2010 ("SCE") and is open to individuals aged 18 and over who are residents of Australia.
2. Buy a PLAYSTATION®3 home entertainment system register the first master account for your console on the PLAYSTATION®Network on or after 23 March 2007 to receive one copy of the "Casino Royale" film on Blu-ray Disc (the "Disc") subject to availability.
3. The offer is for a limited time, to the first 20,000 Australian residents who sign up to the PLAYSTATION®Network.
4. We will do our best to deliver this within 45 days of a registration on the PLAYSTATION® Network. Please note that no deliveries will occur before the release of Casino Royale on Blu-ray Disc on 11/4/07.
5. Offer is limited to one (1) copy of "Casino Royale" per PLAYSTATION®3 system and is not for resale or rental.
6. SCE will not be held responsible if a person doesn't receive the Disc for reasons which are outside SCE's reasonable control, such as (but not limited to) mailing difficulties or incorrect or incomplete postal details.
