Resistance 3 Billboard Appears, Everyone Says What The!

A member of NeoGAF was surprised to see a billboard advertisement for Resistance 3 in the town of Shreveport, Louisiana in the US of A.

Naturally this lead to wild speculation as to why such a billboard exists. The most credible is that a film titled Battle: Los Angeles is being shot in the area for a release in the first half of 2011. Apparently Resistance developer, Insomniac Games, wants the third title - which may not even exist - advertised in the upcoming flick.

2011 sounds about right for the next title in the Resistance series. While we don't know anything about it, we can safely assume that there's going to be another instalment in the popular franchise at some point. Q1 2011 for Resistance 3 anyone?

I dnt think it's fishy I think it's the real deal cause look at the other resistance covers fall of man A=big Ben resistance 2 A=San fransisco bridge resistance 3 A= statue of liberty ?? So this nxt one could b based in new York

I was hoping the 3rd one would be set in Asia somewhere. I think the first one was really good because it was set somewhere else then America.

Pretty much anyone could have guessed they'd make a sequel... after all, Sony fanboys have to buy it and like it regardless of how mediocre a series it is.
