To get the burnout medal you have to join the MyPS3 burnout team and play online. Or something like that.
Anyway, medal has been granted (speak to Shadowblade about the team).

Done. Again I'm not sure who's in charge of the Folding@Home and Guitar Hero teams. But Shadowblade is in charge of Burnout Paradise.
I have to admit that I didn't check whether or not you guys really are a part of the teams. If not then you might want to join the teams or the team leaders will be angry at me (and I'll be angry at you 
).

I'm sure that a medal could be arranged, not exactly sure but a good medal size is uaually 50x50.
