I've got mine temporarily secured to one of our kitchen chairs, not very comfy as i have to lean forward a bit, but its thebest i can do. I went to Ikea to try find a table to the specification i wanted, no luck..im just gonna get some timber and make one myself.

I can't get the gear stick to work though..

where were you 2 hours ago LOL , ive just gone & spent $300 on a G25 wheel

, dont suppose anyone wants to buy my MOMO wheel ?

Do you have any other driving games to test the MOMO on as Id be interested to find out if its just GT5P it works on or if its all PS3 games.

heh needs cup holders and some comfy seats cant have a long gaming session in a bucket seat

Well this is what I discovered about the Logitech MOMO Racing Force Feedback Wheel.

GT5P: Working fine except gearshifter doesnt work only paddle shift.
Sega Rally: Working fine except gearshifter doesnt work only paddle shift.
F1: Supports wheels but not the MOMO
Burnout Paradise: Supports wheels but not the MOMO
MX vs ATV: Untamed: No wheels supported in options.
MotorStorm: No wheels supported in options.

PS2 Games
V8 Supercars3: MOMO Wheel works fine, both gearshifter & paddles supported.
GT4: Supports wheels but not the MOMO.

Well, I got me a G25 last night and it is definitely the ducks nuts. The only problem I have is having somewhere decent to secure it to. I'll be hitting bunnings on the weekend to see if i can't put something together. To anyone whos not sure about this wheel, it makes prologue twice as good at least. Flying around suzuka in an EVO, slaming through the H-pattern is awesome fun.

I found a table in my garage that works perfect, its a rectangle (might have been a telephone hallway table once) & the height is perfect & easy to put away again as its not too big, just slide it up against a wall, then I just use a kitchen chair to sit in, not perfect setup but works fine for me.

might have to raid the garage when i get home, i did find a table that was almost perfect, it had ajustable height and stuff, but there is a metal support bar righ where my feet should go

Yeah this is pretty much all i'm after i think. I couldn't be fagged trying to build something so if i can snaffle a high enough table then i'll do that i think.

I got a timber saw horse tih folding steel legs from bunnings for under $20, works great as a temp solution.

I do want to build something better, but it needs to be fairly light & small to pack away when not in use!

Kinda cool, but way too expensive...

What wheel? My DFP has inserts that click out to allow larger clamp size.
Other option is to bolt a thinner piece of wood to the top of the horse.

yeah shame bout the price rise a bunch of mates that i used to play CS against got one last year for around $900 and man that thing ****ing pwns every other set up. though one made out of wood with wheels and a cup holder would be better
