"We are aware that some players on the Xbox 360 are experiencing lag, caused by MS server configurations, and we are working on a solution to this. Our team is working around the clock to address this issue and we will provide an update as soon as we have more information. Players playing the demo on the Playstation 3 are unaffected by this lag issue."

Probably even earlier Skua. Hope EB breaks the release date due to the fact it's not a very big release like GTA4 or MGS$. They've done it with several games already.
