try the trial of a program called ipodrescue, sorry dont have a website link, every 50 songs it copies from ur ipod it asks u if u want to register, just press no and ur laughing...also it copies over ur play counts, but although it says it can re-create playlists, it never worked for me personally..good luck

With ipod touchs you cant enable disk use on them and you cant open it on your PS3. Previous ipods can but ipod touchs cant be used as a 'disk drive'.
