its how many people you've traded with, not games. once you have given your account info to four other people, you cant share any more games from that PSN account

you can trade your games to 5 different people INCLUDING YOU, so 4 others. there is no point just letting them take one game only cos once your account is activated on 5 ps3 consoles thats it. there is no more sharing possible to anyone else except those 5 people. so choose your sharing friends wisely
