Virtua Tennis 3 - 9/10

INTRODUCTION

This is the best ever Tennis game to come out on any console. You create you own custom character and make him look like you. The buttons are very simple to use.

GRAPHICS 10/10

The graphics are fantastic, 5/5. It actually looks real and that's no lie. They are actually them, not drawings. They have taken real footage of the players hitting strokes during a match and put them onto the game (Sort of what they do in Need For Speed games).
Unlike some sport games you play where the crowd are as skinny as paper, they have actually taken the time to make everyone in the crowd 3D so it looks like you're watching a match on TV (my friend actually thought I was!).

MUSIC 6/10

I got sooo sick of listening to the same songs over and over again. This is no big deal for me so i'm not deducting points off

GAMEPLAY 8/10

The courts are realistic, if you play on clay, the ball takes a longer time to reach the other player.
You start at rank 300 and make your way up to number two and then when the day comes, you verse Federer on a ship. It is aswesome when you beat him, you feel so good. Also, the mini-games are great fun and gets your levels up alot.
It's funny because when you win, you don't get money. When I won a USA tournament, i won a pair of shoes!
The buttons are the same old. They are easy to use although I find myself only using the x button (power shot) 90% of the time.
I didn't like how your player always dived for the ball it took away some realism and was annoying if you didn't want him to dive.

CONCLUSION 9/10

The only disappointing thing is there is no online. If this had online, it would straight away be 10/10. That's the only reason why it's 9/10. It's a great game and if you're into any sport, this is a must get. The graphics are fantastic.
