First you need a PARALYZING SPELL or a PARALYZING POISON (which you can make if your Alchemy Skill is high enough) and a few Lock Picks or a spell that unlocks Locked Doors. Go to the Imperial City in the Talos District and find Dorian's House. URGENT!!! If you plan to kill him save first before entering his house just in case as he may not have any money on him by killing him. You can see that the Lock Difficulty is "HARD", so you might need a lot of Lock Picks depending on your skills. Once inside you will be immediately confronted by a very upset Mr. Dorian. Use the PARALYZING SPELL or PARALYZING POISON to stun him. Once he is stunned all you have to do is use your Pickpocket Skills and take his money. Once you take it once you will notice that it is still there. That is the glitch. You can now take as much money as you want as long as you damn well please. You will see that th last digit in the Gold will decrease after taking it a few times. This will not matter though as you can come back anytime and do this all over again as long as you only Stunned him and did not kill him.
