I'm not going to buy R2 until it's cheap, very cheap, but everything I've read tells me it's not much better than the first. I'm sorry, but Resistance 1 was rubbish for a console FPS... really the only people who tell you any different either a) haven't played a console FPS made after the original Halo on Xbox. b) don't know anything about games or c) got wrapped up in the hype/butthurt that it was the only launch FPS for the PS3, and only like it because it's the only exclusive FPS they've got. Anything tastes good when you're starving, that applies to games as well. I'm going to take a stab and say it's 'c' for most people.
