Again this and the censoring of L4D2 will bring up the never ending debate for the need of an R18+ or an AO rating (which is pretty much a lost cause). As an adult gamer like most of you guys are, you must be pretty pissed off. It will be interesting to see what other regions get this "Tailored to Fit" version.
