Famitsu Confirms Return of Bonus Stages to Super Street Fighter 4, Shows Online Components

Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu has published information on the upcoming Super Street Fighter 4 game to be released in 2010.

New characters and stages aside, it has confirmed that the classic 'Bonus Stages' which came part of the "Street Fighter 2" game makes a return to this 3D incarnation of the series.

Details on whether 'new' bonus stages will be added are still forthcoming.

Translated from the same article are four inclusive online modes:

1. 8- Player Support

2. Endless Battle (Lobby matches)

3. Team Battle (2 on 2 and 4 on 4 matches)

4. Replay Channel (players use this to watch match replays)

Looking forward to beating up the car again .

I reckon the existing bonus will just unlock some costumes or costume colours maybe, so you don't have to do all the trials again....just a guess.

The game is going to have a lot more characters,features and bonus stages, I don't have an issue if its a full price game.

man i want this now, bonus rounds were awesome! but i already got sf4... need to trade in or wait for some crap bonus that they are gonna announce. i'll put my money on capcom just scrapping the bonus
