32GB SDHC card - Secure Digital High Capacity card

What does a man have to do to get a GENUINE 32GB SDHC card in a Melbourne store??!!!

Grrrrrrr!!!!!!



Please help me find a reasonably priced card (class 6, and Sandisk or Panasonic brand, preferably), as I don't trust online retailers, because there's a lot of fake cards going around lately (or have been going around since 2004).

Teds Cameras has them, but are selling them for 400 bucks or something.

mate why do you need a 32GB one, it actually makes more sense to buy a few 8GB cards, cause then it means that if something goes wrong with the card, you dont loose everything! ive lost around a 1000 photos, if id had them spread across a few 1BG cards instead of the 4GB i wouldnt have lost them all!

when your in the middle of central australia without a laptop or other effective means of backup its a pain. i was passing the card to a mate to you and he dropped it, fell in the red sands, got it back to melbourne and it was corrupt, life is a bitch, thankfully there were 6 of us, so we all had photos when we got back!

The only way I'm going to lose my data is if Fallout becomes a reality...even still, there's G.E.C.K. to save the day.

why do you actually need a 32GB one, i mean just buy an external HDD for that price, then you get like 500GB!

I need it for emulation, music, movies, pics, voice recordings, and flash on the go (portability).

e.g. Nintendo DSi takes 32GB SDHC cards.

Why 32GB instead of separate memory sticks to add up to 32GB?
Because some people don't want to be carrying around more than 1 memory stick.
Like with my PSP, I want my music, videos, photos, homebrew and game backups all on the 1 stick, with ALL my save files.
If I swap between sticks, I can't load my save files on the other stick, nor can I listen to the music that's on that memory stick or watch videos etc.
And it's just a pain in the ass to carry around lots of sticks and have to be changing through them constantly.
