I saw this game a while ago and didn't see a discussion on it, so im going to start by what the game is about:


At their E3 press conference, Sony revealed that Sucker Punch, the developers behind the Sly Cooper series are working on a new IP, Infamous for the PlayStation 3.

A third-person action game of the 'sandbox' vein, Infamous presents the player with the choice of being either a hero or a villain bent on wreaking havoc in a city environment.

Other than that admittedly vague description of gameplay possibilities, all we know about Infamous at the moment is that it's due out out in 2008. The first image of the game can be found above.

well the only things that we know about the game comes from the E3 trailer that was shown last year. Expect to see more info on it in the near fututre.

Wahh, that's the first i've seen/heard of that game, looks crazy. Love the supernatural part of it, graphics look nice too.. Obviously no realease date yet??

guys, its just some previews, lets not get all excited to soon.

it looks ok to me, i doubt it wil lbe anything groundbreaking or a massive boost for PS3 like LBP, MGS4 etc.

seems like a good idea, roamining, powers. but it will be interesting how "sandbox" like it will be.

sorry i edited my thing just before you posted it.

i know sounds a bit harsh thats why i changed it. its cool to be excited, but i just find it funny that everyone is excited about every single game. but given the lack of games for ps3 right now, i guess everyone does get excited for every game.

game just looks very average.

i think another issue with the game is the timing of the release. if this game had come out with resistence 1, motorstorm i think it would of been great.

but coming out when HOME, LBP, fallout 3, all the new sport games, NBA, FIFA etc, its very competitive.

someone can help me out here with releasse of resistance 2?

for me, my shopping list is already full - no reason to get alot of games when i cannot finish it.

for the rest of 2008, i'll be playing (not in any order)
1. LBP (will take most of my time)
2. FIFA 09
3. HOME
4. fallout 3 (will take most of m

Is this guy serious? Does your brainwashed narrow mind believe there is not alot on PS3? Fanjerk or no fanjerk, it is pure bs spitting to think PS3 has a lack of games. All consoles are on equal terms when it comes to everyones taste in software. For a gaming console to have MGS4, GTA IV, Fallout 3, Bioshock, Gran Turismo 5 and LBP on the one console, and for you to think that its lacking is just plain arrogance. Get off the white spoon powder you have stuffed up your nose. Argue back all you want, but im not the hypnotised one who said PS3 has a lack of games.
