Just beat me to it. You need to ask yourself:
If this business is legit why do they use hotmail of all things?
How many legitimate businesses can you think of that use MSN to contact customers?
What kind of tiny 'company' that sells consumer electronics employs 127 people, as well as 46 engineers to 'research and develop' what?
What kind of legitimate business owner wouldn't get some serious advice on spelling and grammar before posting an ad like that if they knew theirs was so bad?
How could a weird looking phone number like that (UK apparently) be based in ACT?
And lastly- the prices are absurd. They haven't even tried to make them appear believable as most do. Buy 5 PS3s @ $250 each and get 2 free? I doubt the Sony CEO could get em cheaper picking them up off the conveyor belt. Pleeeeeeease don't get sucked in by scams like this. Don't let yourself start thinking 'what if' or 'it's worth a shot' or anything like that. These scams are WAY huger than everyone thinks. Also, Big W had PS3's for $600 back in December. They may repeat that deal within the next couple of months.

I won't buy a ps3 until MGS4, so I'm either waiting for a good deal from kmart/target/big w, etc. or I'll pick one up on ebay if I see a good (& legitmate) deal.

One of the things they all seem to have in common is offering deals way to good to be true. I think this is done so people buy quickly without looking closely to see if it is a scam.

Basically I would never buy something as expensive as PS3 over the net unless they are a strongly established store, a solid ebay rating or allowed me to pick it up.

I'm also wondering whether any law enforcement body acts on these international frauds. Would the respective federal police actually care about $500 net frauds...
