It has singleplayer, and there are bots you can verse.
Not sure about the offline multiplayer though.

Yeah this should be business for sure, epic said the multiplayer will be in the 10-20 player "lag sweetspot" lets hope its closer to 20 than 10! Being able to jump on a hoveboard and fly back to the action after you spawn is interesting as well as being towed behind vehicles on your board. Lets hope we dont get stuck playing against pc gimps in LIVE anywhere style bs.
