When u get shot in the head (yes sometimes ppl survived headshots in battle my uncle did and lost his eye and his memory) U bleed and u have tunnel vision, getting shot in the arm u bleed making ur arm shake and ur accuracy will decrease, a torso hit will cause bleeding and stamina will reduce and leg hits u get bleeding and limping which reduce ur speed. In the game u have a medical field kit to stop the bleeding too death (it will not completely heal u just stops the bleeding) the game checkpoints and start of new levels will heal 100%. And make sure u use ur team efficiently and if u think that hill or forest is dangerous, instead sending yourself to check it out (which is dangerous), send some men and cover their backs. Also if u do some bad mistakes ur team AI will have low morale and perform badly and If u see a enemy camp and send a airstrike or heavy suppression fire with rockets on the camp u see the surviving enemies running/retreating in fear so u can use shock and awe to win battles Kool hey.
