I've always wondered, is there any advantage to just knocking somebody out in MGO rather than killing them? After, MGS never really encourages you to kill everyone.

CQC might be hard because it a third person game and they can see you coming from all angles.

Yeh but thats optional, and you wouldnt be able to tell if they are in 1st person.

even so, the majority of people would most likely be playing the game in 3rd person. So CQC would probably be useless, I'd rather just full them up with bullet holes.

You'd be surprised I think. Their eyes would probably be focused on what's in front of them. Besides, MGS is all about stealth. And you can still hide behind corners and grab them as they pass.
