Winnie - to complete with no alerts is a crazy crazy thing to attempt!!!
Id suggest knowing the stages thoroughly and taking notes on potential traps, because u dont wanna play 10 hours and then get spotted.

Maybe play it with a friend also.

Lastly, go slow and use ur first person view a lot.
