Fallout 3 DLC on it's way soon!

"Bethesda has announced that those Fallout 3 DLC packs that Xbox 360 owners have been enjoying for the last few months will be heading to the PS3 starting with Operation: Anchorage in late June. The other two DLC packs, The Pitt and Broken Steel will be released four to six weeks apart. A patch will be released for the game in order to make these DLC packs work with the PS3 version of the game. All release dates are yet to be nailed down.

In addition, two new DLC packs have been announced and will be heading to both platforms. Point Lookout, as revealed by retailers earlier this month, will feature a massive swampland area to explore and in Mothership Zeta you'll suffer through an alien abduction. These packs will be available on Xbox 360 and PC starting late June and on PS3 once the first three have been released.

If you don't have an internet connection (huh?) these packs can still be obtained through two new disc-based packages for Xbox 360 and PC. The first -- containing Anchorage and The Pitt -- will be available in June in Europe and May 26 in the US, with the second containing the rest of the DLC in August worldwide. A GOTY version of Fallout 3 will be available in October for PS3, 360 and PC, which will include all five add-on packs."

think bout this how many problems has the pitt had sorted out on the 360 so for us itll be alot less glitched cos theyve made patches for it look on the gd side lol

Bethesda are releasing a goty edition its just another way too make some cash with the packs on psn store.

You thought 360 was going too get a goty edition but ps3 wouldn't? or goty for ps3 would be the exact same as the original:p

Someone from games told me on that the company that was makeing this for the ps3 went broke so it wont be happening not on disc anyway ? Has anyone eles heard about this ?.I wanted to get Mothership zeta I guess I cant now

Ummm, well dont know where you heard that but it is coming to PS3, the GOTY edition has been confirmed to have all DLC for the PS3 and all the DLC has been confirmed to come to the PS Store The trophies have been announced too

I asked a games store sales assistant on Friday as I wanted to buy Mothership zeta add on and that what he told me ? maybe you have download it from the playstation store ?If so thats going to be a buggar because I have no credit card

I wouldn't take what the sales assistant said to heart (otherwise there'd be alot of 's broken )

Afterall, that person doesn't work for any related companies involved with Fallout 3 DLCs, let alone a video games journalist/reporter.

Nothing has been officially announced regarding a disc based LDC for Fallout 3 for PlayStation 3, so far only the X360/PC are to receive the standalone dlc disc.

In regards to PS store dlc purchasing, check the official Australian PS site...they have an official article on PSN cards arriving in Australia this September! (not much else is known about that though).
