If your router is set to dhcp server then set the ps3 to wireless and to dhcp that should take care of everything. Easiest way to tell is look at your other computers etc and see if they are set to dhcp. If so just leave the ps3 on dhcp and it should get all the correct settings. Also check the ip address the ps3 is getting. If it starts with a 169. Then you have no connectivity to your router and you either have no signal or the wrong wep key
