The Japanese beta launched 11 AM EST this morning. Due to the overwhelming support for MGO overseas, no one could play and everyone was pretty pissed at Konami. Konami told them they would try to fix it and took the server down an hour after. Servers go back up, everyone is happy but us.


looks like we might run into some trouble.. here's hoping konami etc have sorted their servers out for other regions too..

Ther servers aren't up yet, that's why you can't connect. And I think it goeas live anywhere from 8am onwards depending on where in Australia you live.

I just tried logging in continuously for 1 or 2 minutes and it got rid of the password error message, now it just says cant connect to the server.

EDIT: Actually got to the next screen, tried "Start Game" and it disconnected me from the network
