thats for the US one, they and japan are the only ones (i believe) that needed beta codes, for the rest of us its free to get on and play in the beta, you guys just have to be patient and wait one more day (to download it) and wait until the 25th to actually play it

Honestly, use some common sense, the AU PSN is always updated thursday night/friday morning which would be the 17th in the UK, due to time differences around the world that means the 18th for Australia.
