i hope there is no lag. are we going to be playing the world or australia and nz? i love it when it is australia and nz only because then you get used to names and you know who is good... and crap. like when resistance came out. the lag for cod 4 is so bad. that's another good thing about australia and nz only

I tried it at Lunchtime (read: about 16:30 Melbourne Time) and it timed out without even letting me login, so I guess that the servers are completely down... Hope they are up by 8pm...

next announcement, about 4pm tomorrow (east aus), no date has been set for relaunch of the servers, but i would guess its later this week..

beta has been extended til may 11 as compensation..

I'm sorry if I don't have a MASSIVE download limit, but when your parents choose a 12gb download limit for you then things become hard. Stop thinking about yourself and think of the amount of time, bandwidth, download limit and all the people that got their hopes up to test out this beta.

If you don't want to hear people complaining on this forum then don't go in it. Its as simple as that

lol, i'm just sick of you 10 year olds complaining that a beta server doesn't come up for you and a pat on the head to go with it as planned.

they had an overload of people. you can complain to them all you want, we seriously don't need to hear it anymore.

they honestly don't care.

it'll come up when it comes up. if download bandwidth is an issue for you, talk it over with your parents. PS3's provide demo's, trailers and even betas like this sometime. so might wanna invest in a Wii or something and that way bandwidth won't be an issue.

yeah i did but then i went to school. as i said before don't think konami is doing us a favour. they are releasing the beta so people will like it then they cash in when more people buy mgs4
