When the game says "Press Start", press it and then go to Additional Content and then select Promotion Code, and enter any of the following codes:

If you successfully enter a code, it will unlock the following missions:
The Georgian
The Bolivian
Special Delivery
Le Français
To play these missions, you can start a new game or continue from a previous save point, whatever way you choose, you'll have to pause the game and select the Map Legend menu and once selected a brand new envelope named Special Mission will appear, complete the tutorial it gives you and some of your missions and you'll receive a phone call with details about your predecessor's tracks, after the phone call, go to the location marked on your map (the envelope), and you'll find a bus that has been converted into a shack, then go on from there.

Promotion Code
At the main menu, select the "Additional Content" option, and choose the "Promotion Code" selection. Then, enter one of the following case-sensitive codes to activate the corresponding cheat function. They are available after you get a phone call by a distorted voice which tells you that you are not the first person to go after the Jackal.
