While we've seen EA's upcoming Simpsons game quite a bit recently, the game continues to pleasantly surprise us. The tongue-in-cheek adventure finds the animated family braving the perilous world of video games in a platformer that stars the whole clan. We had the chance to check out some new levels in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 game at EA's press event today. These levels showed off the game's smart wit and fun gameplay.

He comments that by the holiday, the issue of Madden 08 running at 30fps on the PS3 will be long forgotten and ancient history. Moreover, he states that the reason that the PS3 version suffered from such limitations is simply because the developers had not had enough time to get to grips with the PS3.

All a big misunderstanding...
Despite reports earlier this week suggesting that Atari's PS3 version of Alone in the Dark would take longer to complete owing to development setbacks and associated delays, the publisher has today scoffed at rumours the Xbox 360 and PC versions of the title will hit shelves first.
